Summary of special drill for explosion accident
In order to improve the practical and cooperative abilities of the workshop staff in emergency rescue, and strengthen the ability of the workshop staff to save themselves and others. According to the annual safety production management training plan, at 08:30 a.m. on June 21, 2020, the Administration and Personnel Department organized workshop employees to carry out a special drill for explosion accidents.
This drill mainly simulated that after the explosion accident caused by aluminum water leakage in the melting and casting workshop, the melting and casting workshop immediately started the emergency plan, organized the workshop staff to immediately cut off gas and power and use fire extinguishers to put out the fire orderly, and then transferred the injured to a safe area for emergency rescue. Details are as follows:
Through this drill, the workshop staff's ability to deal with the emergency rescue and self-protection of explosion accidents caused by aluminum water leakage was improved, the emergency methods for escape and self rescue of explosion accidents caused by aluminum water leakage were practically mastered, the staff's ability to evacuate, self rescue and extinguish fire and the manager's ability to organize, coordinate and command the fire site were improved, so that the workshop staff were trained and educated in the drill, and the awareness of safe production was further enhanced, The purpose of this drill was basically achieved. However, there are still a few employees who do not have strong safety awareness, are not serious enough, act slowly and seriously enough, and the overall drilling effect is not ideal. Therefore, in the future work safety and emergency activities, we will improve the above deficiencies, further strengthen the training and publicity of the emergency plan drill, enhance the feasibility of the emergency plan, and ensure that all departments and employees are in place in a timely manner in future emergencies, as well as the safety of personnel and equipment in the rescue process.
